Role Overview

Step into a high-impact role as CFO, where you will lead the financial function of a growing company in the payment services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to drive financial strategy, oversee complex financial operations across multiple jurisdictions, and implement scalable processes in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work closely with regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the financial strategy, reporting, treasury, liquidity management, forecasting, budgeting, and operational finance.
• Conduct financial and operational audits, identify inefficiencies, and optimize financial processes.
• Implement scalable controls for a growing fintech environment.
• Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance executive in fintech or regulated financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, audits, compliance, and financial operations in complex payment environments.
• Experience managing finance teams in scaling businesses.
• Languages: English, Russian.
