About the Position
We are seeking a CFO for an international educational holding. The main goal of the CFO in the company involves strategic financial management, optimization and automation of financial processes, and establishing effective work of the international team.
We are looking for an experienced professional who will help scale the business and ensure the financial stability of the company on a global level.
Responsibilities
- Building an effective financial team
- Organizing the department structure, distributing areas of responsibility
- Implementing clear work regulations
- Resolving internal conflicts, establishing discipline, and meeting deadlines
- Setting up financial processes and reporting
- Ensuring timely submission of reports without missing deadlines
- Improving the accuracy of forecasting and budgeting
- Implementing automated accounting solutions
- Interacting with other departments
- Integrating finance into the strategic management of the company
- Organizing transparent financial communication with top management and operational departments
- Implementing control and analytics for all business areas
Requirements
- Experience working as a CFO/Head of Finance for at least 3 years
- Experience managing financial teams of 10 or more people
- Experience in international companies or multi-regional management
- Experience in building financial reporting, control, and planning
- Expertise in tax and international accounting (experience with Cyprus, Poland is a plus)
- Proficiency with financial tools, ERP systems, and task trackers
- English language proficiency at B2+ level (as the job involves international communications)
- Financial analysis and investment planning skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing company
- Experience in the education sector, EdTech, or service companies (a plus)
