Key Requirements
- Proven CFO/Finance leadership in Sweepstakes, Social Casino, or iGaming
- Strong U.S. market expertise (regulation, payments, compliance)
- Experience building scalable financial architecture, reporting, and P&L control
- Deep knowledge of unit economics, cash flow, risk, and governance
- Fluent English + Russian/Ukrainian
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy, architecture, and compliance of the U.S. sweepstakes business
- Develop and implement scalable financial architecture and reporting
- Manage P&L control and unit economics
- Ensure compliance with U.S. market regulations and payments
- Oversee risk management and governance
