About the Position
CFO (Sweepstakes)
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy, architecture, and compliance of a fast-growing U.S. sweepstakes business within an international iGaming holding.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy, architecture, and compliance of a fast-growing U.S. sweepstakes business.
- Provide financial leadership and expertise in the iGaming industry.
- Build scalable financial architecture, reporting, and P&L control.
- Ensure deep knowledge of unit economics, cash flow, risk, and governance.
Requirements
- Proven CFO/Finance leadership in Sweepstakes, Social Casino, or iGaming.
- Strong U.S. market expertise (regulation, payments, compliance).
- Experience building scalable financial architecture, reporting, and P&L control.
- Deep knowledge of unit economics, cash flow, risk, and governance.
- Fluent in English + Russian/Ukrainian.
Nice to Have
- Additional experience in the iGaming industry.
- Familiarity with international financial regulations.
