Change Management IT Lead (Responsable de Gestión del Cambio y Adopción Organizativa) - Seguros

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in change management and organizational adoption, supporting platform implementations and operational transformation in corporate environments (insurance sector) who wants to develop their career at GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and results-oriented person.
Responsibilities
Although they will depend on your profile and experience, in general, the main functions you would carry out with us would be:
- Activation and monitoring of change management and organizational adoption initiatives throughout the implementation cycle.
- Support for business and operations in adopting new ways of working and processes.
- Translating technical progress into real organizational readiness, ensuring understanding, alignment, and preparation of teams.
- Identifying and monitoring organizational risks that may compromise Go Live or operational stabilization.
- Supporting communication, training, and change support initiatives.
- Cross-functional coordination with business, technology, and local leadership teams.
- Monitoring the level of adoption and organizational readiness in the various teams involved.
- Supporting the transition to operation (BAU), helping to ensure team autonomy and the consolidation of support mechanisms.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager in change management, organizational adoption, or platform implementation.
- Communication, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and manage organizational risks and adoption needs.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) or hybrid management models.
- Preparing and supporting the organization for the adoption of the REEF platform, both internally and at the corporate client level.
- Managing trust, preparation, and organizational behavior.
- Explaining impact, benefits, and way of working.
- Generating and updating technical progress documentation.
- Acting as an operational liaison between business, project, and adoption.
- English level valuable for collaboration in international environments.
