Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive organizational adoption and business readiness for a large-scale AI-powered Omnichannel Engagement transformation within a global healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall Change Management Strategy for the Omnichannel AI transformation
  • Assess organizational readiness, adoption risks, and stakeholder impacts across business functions
  • Build and maintain stakeholder engagement and executive sponsorship plans
  • Design and execute communication strategies that clearly articulate transformation vision, benefits, and progress
  • Lead organizational impact assessments and change readiness evaluations
  • Develop training, enablement, and adoption programs for business users and leadership teams
  • Establish change champion networks across Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, and Technology organizations
  • Define and track adoption KPIs, business readiness metrics, and value realization indicators
  • Partner closely with Executive Program Lead, Data Strategy SME, Product, Data, and Engineering teams
  • Support operating model evolution and AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives
  • Ensure sustainable adoption and long-term behavioral change across impacted teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise change management and business transformation programs
  • Proven experience supporting Digital, Data, AI, CRM, MarTech, or Commercial Transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR or equivalent)
  • Experience developing enterprise communication, engagement, and adoption strategies
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries (Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharma, Life Sciences, Financial Services)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare or MedTech industry experience
  • Experience supporting AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or Data Platform transformations
  • Prosci certification
  • Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions
