Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the Procurement, Quality, Nomenclature, and Series Launch teams
• Prepare the scheduling meeting
• Lead the scheduling meeting and write the meeting minutes
• Correct or have corrected the nomenclature anomalies
• Analyze the files, identify anomalies, and distribute the corrected files with the factory
• Update the activity tracking and reporting files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent university degree with a specialization in Logistics / Industrial Engineering
• Experience: 0-6 months
• Skills:
  • Fluency in French and English (B2 to C1)
  • Knowledge of nomenclature
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Ability to write reports and synthesize information
  • Proactive mindset
