Change Manager Senior

We are seeking a Change Manager Senior with over 7 years of experience in IT change management for a critical role in our digital transformation team.

Responsibilities

• Change Management Strategy: Define and implement the change management policy in compliance with ITIL and Inetum standards.
• Piloting CAB Committees: Organize and lead change validation committees, arbitrate priorities, and ensure traceability of decisions.
• Risk and Impact Analysis: Anticipate the technical, organizational, and financial impacts of changes.
• Multi-Project Coordination: Synchronize changes with other program initiatives.
• Communication and Change Management: Develop communication plans and support business and technical teams.
• Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: Measure the performance of changes, propose optimizations, and ensure feedback.

Requirements

• Required Profile

  • Bac+5 in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in IT change management in critical environments (banking, telecommunications, industry).
  • ITIL v4 certification required; Prince2 or PMI is a plus.
  • Proficiency in change management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).

• Technical and Behavioral Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS), Windows/Linux systems, and complex networks.
  • Ability to manage crisis situations and ensure service continuity.
  • Rigor, organization, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy in stakeholder management.
