Job description

About the Position

Channel Management Specialist (F/H/NB)

Join Ubisoft as a Channel Management Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for video games, ensuring compliance and high-quality performance.

Responsibilities

Campaign Implementation and Management

  • Support Media Planning teams in implementing the launch strategy for a game. This involves providing target audience sizes on media platforms and KPIs benchmarks from previous campaigns.

  • Set up paid media campaigns on a global scope for all platforms you operate directly (Meta Business Manager, Snapchat for Business, TikTok Business Manager, Reddit Ads, X Ads, Amazon Ads DSP & Search).

The management of campaigns from creation to optimization is done in strict compliance with the media brief co-constructed with Media Planners. Campaigns cover different objectives (awareness, consideration, game activation) and involve collaboration with various other internal services (CRM, Content Creator, Data Analyst).

  • Ensure a high level of rigor on each setup (campaign naming, tracking, audiences, budgets) with the goal of zero configuration errors.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and propose concrete optimization paths (budget, targeting, creative) as soon as a signal of under/over-performance appears.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Provide weekly performance tracking reports on the main KPIs of each of your campaigns to Media Planners.

  • Produce post-campaign reports (PPT format) with an analysis by platform, audience, and creative, formulating actionable insights and recommendations for future activations.

  • Contribute to the attribution and incrementality work carried out by the team, relying on internal tools (Datorama, Gamesight).

  • Maintain dashboards for tracking games within your scope to ensure good data readability for all users.

Channel Expertise and Monitoring

  • Develop a solid expertise on the channels entrusted to you and follow their evolutions (new formats, new media products) including regular meetings with media partners.

  • Share with Planners constructive feedback on best practices observed on your channels to refine together the brief entrusted to you.

  • Stay actively monitoring trends in digital marketing, social media, and the video game sector.

Rigor, Compliance, and Quality

  • Ensure compliance with data standards (protection of minors' data, management of 1st party data in accordance with the consent given by the player) across all your campaigns.

  • Document errors or anomalies encountered to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Channel Management team's processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in digital marketing is necessary, experience in digital advertising campaign management, media buying, or channel management is a strong plus.
  • Rigorous attention to detail: nothing escapes you on a campaign setup, the quality of data, or the respect of a brief.
  • High analytical ability: you read a performance table with ease and transform your findings into concrete recommendations.
  • Good knowledge of digital media buying tools (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Snapchat for Business, Reddit Ads, X Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads) - proficiency in one or more of these tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in parallel across multiple countries.
  • Curiosity for new digital and social media trends.
  • Bilingual French/English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Datorama or Gamesight.

We Offer

  • Participation, company savings plan. Plus: 25 days of leave, 12 paid holidays, 50% of the transportation pass covered, meal vouchers, good health insurance, and many other Ubisoft benefits.

  • 20 weeks of maternity leave, 7 weeks of paternity/co-parental leave.
