About the Position
Creatio is a global vendor of an AI-native platform to automate workflows and CRM with no-code and a maximum degree of freedom. As a Channels Director, you will play a crucial role in the relationship management of our partner accounts in Australia, ensuring a steady pace of acquisition and overall partner's health, retention, and growth. We're growing rapidly and welcome candidates located in Sydney, Australia to join us in driving the future of business technology in APAC.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow partner accounts in Australia and APAC, acting as a trusted advisor to support partner success and revenue growth
- Identify, engage, and acquire new partners while supervising onboarding, enablement, and certification processes
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans including co-marketing, sales, and pre-sales initiatives
- Conduct regular business reviews, check-ins, and strategic discussions with partners to identify new growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain a lead generation engine with partners, support deal qualification, and align resources to drive joint opportunities
- Oversee a team in APAC, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance
- Define and execute regional partner strategies, monitor KPIs, and report on partner ecosystem performance
- Act as a senior advisor to top-tier partners, maintaining strong executive relationships and driving strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment, with proven partner or account management success
- Experience managing partner accounts and/or leading teams is a plus
- Strong personal network and understanding of APAC markets is desirable
- Deep understanding of industry trends and ability to identify high-revenue potential partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Results-driven, self-motivated, energetic, with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
