About the Position

We are looking for a Chapter Lead Field Services H/F to join our team in Ile-de-France.

Responsibilities

Expertise Technique & Standards

• Evaluate and maintain the technical expertise of the Chapter: sub-metering devices, field processes, mobile tools;
• Define and disseminate technical standards and best practices, and monitor their application in the Squads;
• Develop expertise for tertiary and industrial clients: large-caliber meters, long-range radio concentrators.

Skills & Alignment of Squads

• Identify training needs, build skill development paths, and monitor their implementation;
• Align with the Product Owners of the Squads the Chapter's skills with the objectives of each Squad, and adapt assignments;
• Contribute to the improvement of the technicians' journey, the digitization of the field, and planning tools, including through AI.

Management of the Chapter

• Supervise Chapter members: annual and professional interviews, appraisal, leave and absences, recruitment with HR;
• Operationally contribute within a Squad.

Requirements

• Education: Bac+2 to Bac+3 in management, with proven experience in project management and supervision;
• In-depth technical expertise in sub-metering, large-caliber, and long-range radio;
• Mastery of field processes, technician mobile tools, and planning;
• Knowledge of safety rules and technical training engineering;
• Management of a team distributed across several Squads in an agile organization;
• English is essential for exchanging with the Group's stakeholders.
