Description of the Position
To strengthen its aeronautics division, the Competencies Directorate of the ALTEN group is recruiting a business affairs manager specialized in tooling, under the responsibility of the project manager.
Responsibilities
- Translate the need into technical specifications
- Carry out missions while taking into account industrial constraints
- Coordinate different stakeholders
- Manage projects
- Be in contact with the Engineering Office, Purchasing, or Production departments
Qualifications
Education / Experience

Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience as a business affairs manager and/or in project management
Technical Skills
- Skills in mechanical engineering, production means, tendering, or quality
- Knowledge of project management techniques
- Mastery of business development methods
- Good knowledge of commercial proposals and contract writing techniques
Personal Qualities
- Sense of structuring business lines, capitalization, and sharing knowledge
- Aptitude for training, coaching, and mentoring
- Interest in the automation and optimization of processes
- Curiosity and active monitoring of new technologies and sector trends
