Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Intern, you will join the Engineers Recruitment team for a duration of 4 to 6 months. Your major role will be to recruit future engineering talents who will work on our clients' projects.
You will work closely with the Business Managers who manage the client relationship, in a Business Partner logic, and will be involved in the entire recruitment cycle:
- Collecting and analyzing needs;
- Writing and publishing attractive job postings;
- Searching for candidates on job boards and social networks, and developing new sourcing methods;
- Qualifying engineering candidates (valuing project environments, HR evaluation) and scheduling interviews;
- Managing technical tests;
- Following up on your pipeline of active candidates, up to the signing of the contract;
- Participating in partner school forums and job fairs;
Requirements
You are a student in a Business School, Engineering School, or University and you are looking for a gap year internship or a final year internship of at least 4 months.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of listening, and team spirit;
- Rigorous and organized;
- Curious and creative, you have a taste for challenge.
