Responsibilities

• Ensure the reception and verification of professional client orders.
• Enter orders into the internal system (ERP / business tool).
• Ensure the consistency of information: references, quantities, commercial conditions, deadlines.
• Perform invoicing and follow up on customer balances.
• Launch vehicle orders according to client specifications.
• Monitor the status of orders from the initial request to vehicle reception.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, sales) to ensure optimal execution.
• Inform clients of any potential delays, modifications, or delays.
• Be the primary contact for professional clients for all order-related questions.
• Ensure clear and professional communication, both orally and in writing, in French.
• Identify and report blocking points to management.
• Monitor ADV indicators: orders in progress, deliveries, invoicing, anomalies.
• Produce regular reports offering precise visibility on the status of orders and balances.
• Take a step back to identify areas for improvement in the ADV process.
• Propose optimizations in order processing and inter-team communication.
• Contribute to improving the customer experience through a global view of the order lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma: Bac+5 in management, economics, finance
• Experience: Junior
• Languages: French (native), English (intermediate)
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of the order process from client request to vehicle reception
  • ADV knowledge
  • Automobile knowledge
