About the Position

Veolia, a company providing water, energy, and waste management solutions for over 160 years, is seeking a Judicial Litigation Officer for its Amendis subsidiary in Tanger, Morocco. This role focuses on legal documentation and case management, contributing to sustainable development and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Legal Documentation: Drafting summaries, memos, declarations, and expert conclusions.
• Contract Drafting: Preparing contracts, conventions, and amendments as needed.
• Legal Advice: Providing legal counsel and guidance.
• Legal Reporting: Maintaining rigorous reporting.
• Case Management: Keeping and organizing legal files.
• Communication: Acting as a liaison between the service, business units, and lawyers.
• Correspondence: Handling mail and notifications.
• Vendor Management: Preparing and following up on vendor payments.

Requirements

• Education: Bac +5 in French law.
• Experience: Experience in litigation management and legal advice.
• Skills: Proficiency in computer tools, especially word processing in Arabic.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience.
