Description of the Role

In the context of the development of the ALTEN Nord agency, we are recruiting a permanent Industrial Business Affairs Manager (H/F) to work in the transportation sector.

Main Missions

• Pilot the planning of the deployment of resources (creation, monitoring, alerts, and catch-up plans);
• Organize the operational deployment (preparation of resources, shopfloor animation, team training, and validation of installations);
• Ensure reporting and KPI monitoring (dashboard updates, automation, and transfer to series teams);
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes (planning, deployment, reporting, and optimization of resources);
• Maintain and deploy IT solutions (monitoring updates, workshop implementation, and technical support);
• Manage project documentation and databases (creation, update, and archiving on Google Drive).

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bac +2, 3, or 5 in Industrial Engineering or from an engineering school
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management or methodology, ideally in the industrial transportation sector
• Required skills: SAP, Lean Green Belt, Google environment
