Description of the Role
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager of the Aerospace & Defense agency, you will actively participate in the identification and integration of future talents in the sector:
- Gather requirements in collaboration with technical managers and business managers
- Write and distribute job postings tailored to engineer profiles (embedded systems, mechanics, electronics, data, etc.)
- Source candidates through CV databases, LinkedIn, school forums, and specialized aerospace networks
- Pre-qualify candidates by phone
- Follow the recruitment process in liaison with operational and commercial teams
- Participate in aerospace trade shows and specialized recruitment forums
- Contribute to the employer brand strategy in a sector under tension
Qualifications
- Bac +5 in Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent university degree
- First experience (internship/alternance) in recruitment or technical profile hunting
- Sensitivity to industrial and technical environments, ideally in aerospace/defense
- Autonomy, curiosity, good interpersonal skills, and team spirit
- Comfortable with digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobboards, ATS, etc.)
