About the Position
Acted is seeking a Chargé.e Transparence & Conformité Pays for N’Djaména to ensure adherence to internal and external audit guidelines and legislations.
Responsibilities
Internal Audit Management
- Participate in the implementation of the approved national internal audit plan: conduct and supervise internal audit missions adopting a risk management approach.
- Implement Acted's standard guides and the FLAT system (Finance, Logistics, Administration, Transparency) in the capital, zones, and at the partner level.
- When necessary, contribute to controlling compliance with the country's rules and legislations at the request of your coordination and in liaison with the country finance manager.
- Provide support to mitigate identified "high-risk" risks.
External Audit
- Ensure the preparation and follow-up of external audits and due diligences.

Requirements
- Higher education diploma in Audit, Finance, Management Control, International Relations, Law, or related to the proposed position.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in audit (external and/or internal), finance, logistics, administration, or law.
- Strong skills in negotiation and interpersonal and organizational relations.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, dynamism, and autonomy.
- Ability to work in stressful situations and under pressure.
- Excellent English proficiency, written and spoken.
- Experience in management and training is a plus.
We Offer
- Salary defined by the Acted salary grid based on education level, expertise, security level, and experience level: between 1600 and 1800€ net monthly (before income tax).
- Monthly living expenses allowance of 300$.
- Accommodation in a guesthouse and food covered by Acted.
- Social security, health insurance (MSH), and repatriation assistance (SOS International) covered by Acted.
- Transportation to the mission and full return ticket covered every 6 months (to the address specified on the employment contract).
- Visa fees covered by Acted.
- One week of preparation for departure including 4 days of immersive security training.
- Possibility of a 30-minute call with a tax consultant.
- Psychological support (appointment with a professional).
- This position is classified as an international position in Acted's recruitment grid. Eligibility for an international contract is therefore required.
