Location: Belgium

We are seeking a Senior Business Project Manager for a digital transformation program in Wallonia, Belgium, focusing on heritage management processes.

Responsibilities

Governance and Program Steering

• Maintain the vision, roadmap, phases, and deployment waves of the program.
• Lead governance bodies, COPIL, and coordination committees.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, arbitrations, and strategic decisions.

Business Framing and Target Solution Definition

• Coordinate workshops to understand heritage and archaeological processes.
• Structure functional blocks, requirements, and transformation trajectories.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and implemented digital solutions.

Architecture and Information System Urbanization

• Define target solutions with architects and ensure their integration into the SPW ecosystem.
• Arbitrate the use of cross-cutting components at SPW (e.g., Soolid/Odoo, MonEspace, Alfresco, COSI, geomatic services, and web portals).
• Oversee and coordinate the application ecosystem and all its integrations.

Coordination of a Multi-Vendor Ecosystem

• Coordinate the construction of an ecosystem including:
  • Heritage and archaeological references.
  • Dossier management processes.
  • Public data dissemination portal.
  • Collaborative platforms for external stakeholders.
  • Geomatics and mapping services.

Budgetary and Financial Management

• Construct budget estimates.
• Prepare and defend commitment requests and public procurement files.
• Monitor financial validations, contracts, and orders related to the program.

Multi-Vendor Coordination

• Oversee the activities of service centers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure coherence between developments by different teams involved in the program.

Quality, Testing, and Deployment

• Implement an end-to-end testing strategy covering all business processes.
• Supervise technical, functional, and UAT testing organization.
• Prepare production deployments and operational rollouts.

Heritage Data Governance

• Consolidate heritage and archaeological references.
• Manage historical data migrations.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and publication of heritage data.

Change Management Support

• Structure communication, training, and support systems.
• Prepare businesses for the adoption of new digital tools and processes.
• Coordinate actions with change management teams.
