Responsibilities

Your role: PLM Expert, key player in digital transformation

Within the Engineering Department of Avenir Conseil, you will act as a PLM Expert Project Manager, leading strategic projects and supporting our clients in their digital transformation.

Main missions:

• Define and lead the deployment roadmap of PLM functional components in line with our clients' business challenges.
• Support the deployment of PLM solutions (Dassault Systèmes, Siemens, PTC, etc.), from framing to commissioning, in collaboration with the publishers.
• Model business processes (BPMN), prioritize needs, and design the architecture and data model of the target solution.
• Write architecture documents and functional specifications, and master the deployment plan.
• Participate in the structuring of the training plan and pedagogical needs, and ensure the maintenance of the application in operational conditions.
• Get involved internally by actively participating in responses to calls for tenders and technical meetings with clients, bringing your expertise to strengthen our positioning.
• Contribute to the development of your peers by fostering a culture based on feedback, sharing best practices, and capitalizing on knowledge.

Requirements

Education and experience:

• Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a general Master's degree (Bac+5), with a solid technical and business background.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an industrial environment including significant experience with PLM tools, and active participation in the deployment of at least one PLM solution.
• Differentiating assets: specialization in configuration management, change management, or design.
• Certifications or additional training on PLM solutions (3DExperience Cloud, Teamcenter, Windchill) or project management (Agile, PMP, Lean) highly valued.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in at least one of the PLM solutions on the market: Dassault Systèmes (3DEXPERIENCE), Siemens (Teamcenter), PTC (Windchill).
• Ability to lead a team, define and manage a deployment roadmap.
• Business process modeling (BPMN), framing, needs analysis and prioritization, and optimized architecture proposals (OOTB).
• Sensitivity to industrial challenges (time-to-market, robustness and costs of products, traceability of information) and the challenges related to the deployment of a PLM solution.
• Solution orientation and value addition to promote user adoption.
