About the Position
Chef de Projet IA - H/F
We are looking for a Project Manager for AI projects to join our team in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Lead innovative data and AI initiatives and contribute to our cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities
- Définir et porter la vision ainsi que la roadmap technologique de la plateforme Data & IA.
- Construire et industrialiser les capacités Data, Analytics, Machine Learning et IA Générative.
- Mettre en place les architectures LLM, RAG, recherche vectorielle et Agents IA.
- Piloter les démarches DevSecOps, DataOps, MLOps et LLMOps.
- Développer des services mutualisés et favoriser le self-service des équipes.
- Garantir la sécurité, l'observabilité, la fiabilité et la maîtrise des coûts de la plateforme.
- Arbitrer les choix d'architecture et fédérer les experts autour d'une trajectoire commune.
- Assurer le pilotage stratégique, budgétaire et organisationnel des projets.
Requirements
Impératives
- Expérience confirmée en plateforme Data & IA.
- Expertise Machine Learning, MLOps et industrialisation des modèles.
- Maîtrise des technologies d'IA Générative, LLM, RAG et Agents IA.
- Français courant.
- Expérience dans des environnements industriels complexes.
Importantes
- Architecture Cloud et plateformes hybrides.
- Data Platform, Lakehouse, Data Engineering et Analytics.
- API, Observability, FinOps et DevSecOps.
- Vision transverse permettant de challenger des architectures et piloter des choix structurants.

- Competitive salary starting from 55-65k EUR per year.
- Full-time position with a permanent contract (CDI).
