Responsibilities

En rejoignant notre entité marseillaise Project & Agility, vous intégrez une équipe d’experts passionnés. Votre rôle? Définir, mettre en œuvre et piloter des projets d'infrastructure et de move to cloud, de la conception à la réception. Votre objectif est de garantir un résultat optimal, conforme aux exigences contractuelles et métier (qualité, performance, coût, délais et sécurité).

Vous aurez pour mission de :

• Pilotage de projets infra variés: Gérer des sujets d'envergure (migration, obsolescence, sécurité, on-premise, datacenter, réseau) en environnement Waterfall, Cycle en V ou selon la méthodologie spécifique du client.
• Cadrage et suivi: Recueillir, prioriser et suivre les exigences clients tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
• Animation d'équipe: Organiser, coordonner et fédérer l'ensemble de l'équipe de maîtrise d’œuvre (MOE).
• Gestion des risques: Anticiper et piloter les situations complexes (gestion des alertes, escalades, résolution de différends entre les parties prenantes).
• Reporting et Qualité: Superviser le déroulement opérationnel, synthétiser l'avancement et garantir la qualité des livrables et des validations.
• Déploiement: Coordonner la mise en production et assurer le succès du déploiement final.

Requirements

🎯 Your assets to join us:

• Graduated from an engineering school or a Master 2 in computer science, you have significant experience (minimum 5 years) in infrastructure project management with a Major Account and/or on significant-sized projects.
• You have a solid understanding of the technical and functional dimensions of IT projects and are able to explain the technical environment in which you have worked.
• You are able to adapt quickly to a new subject thanks to your curiosity.
• You know the main project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMP...). An agile culture is a plus to adapt to the hybrid environments of our clients.
• You have a good level of English to evolve in an international context.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process at Devoteam includes 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: The objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and validate your motivation elements.
• Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert.
• Leadership Interview: It allows us to assess your potential, your ambitions, and consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prefer at least one interview in person. A reference check is requested, and depending on your profile, technical, English, or personality tests may be sent to you.

If your application is selected, we send you an offer presenting the employment conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
