About the Position

IT Infrastructure Project Manager with high stakes

Do you want to lead strategic projects in a demanding technological environment, at the heart of aerospace innovation?

Join the Technical Projects Division of the ALTEN group and take part in the development of a high value-added IT hub.

In this context, we are recruiting an Infrastructure Project Manager expert in systems, networks, and security, directly attached to the Cloud & Infrastructure Projects Director. You will intervene on critical projects, with a strong impact, for major clients in the aerospace sector.

Your role: lead, structure, make grow

A true orchestra conductor, you are responsible for the overall success of your projects:

• Lead the progress of projects from start to finish: planning, monitoring, performance indicators, and high-level reporting
• Federate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal, partners, experts) to ensure a smooth and effective deployment of solutions
• Be the preferred contact for the client on a daily basis, understand their strategic issues, and transform their needs into concrete solutions
• Ensure the quality of deliverables, respect for milestones, deadlines, and contractual commitments
• Ensure budgetary management and contribute to achieving cost, deadline, and quality objectives
• Play a key role in the pre-sales phases, bringing your technical vision and leadership to build high-value offers

Qualifications

Your background

• Bac+5 degree (engineering school or Master's) in project management, computer science, or systems and networks
• At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructures and/or in an aeronautical or space environment
• Proven experience on complex and structuring projects

Your technical expertise

• Solid experience in one or more areas: Hosting, Networks, IAM, Digital Workplace, Security
• Excellent mastery of IT project management methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Cycle in V, SAFe)
• Ability to take a step back while remaining operational

• Natural leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt your discourse to varied interlocutors
• Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented spirit
• Taste for challenge, desire to contribute to ambitious projects, and to play a driving role in their success
