Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize lead performance from capture to sale using tools like Trackback.
• Lead Coordination: Coordinate lead flows between various information systems and resolve network feedback.
• Network Tools Deployment: Deploy and manage network tools, including new lead generators, training, support, and change management.
• Conversion Rate Analysis: Analyze conversion rates by campaign, product, and region to inform acquisition and sales strategies.
• Digital Lead Collection: Implement and monitor digital lead collection solutions, including events, with performance reporting.

Requirements

• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the automotive sector and digital communication challenges.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting/analysis tools.
• Language: Fluent English.
• Personal Attributes: Curiosity, initiative, and improvement suggestions.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organization, rigor, and prioritization.
• Teamwork: Strong teamwork, precision, and attention to detail.
• Communication: Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
