Description of the Position

To strengthen its Energy division, the Engineering Division of the ALTEN group is recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to work in the nuclear sector.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be involved in leading projects or technical lots, bringing your expertise in coordinating activities.

Main Missions

Lead projects or technical lots in a nuclear environment
Gather and formalize needs in liaison with stakeholders
Coordinate internal teams and external partners (clients, suppliers)
Monitor the progress of studies, supplies, and implementation
Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline commitments
Ensure continuous communication with different services
Identify project risks and propose appropriate action plans
Participate in project reviews and milestones
Contribute to the successful completion of projects in a demanding technical environment

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Graduated from an engineering school or holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical project management, ideally in an industrial environment
Experience in leading technical projects
Technical background in industrial mechanics, ideally on equipment such as valves, pumps, or industrial systems

Personal Qualities

Rigor, autonomy, analytical mind, good interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in structured environments
