Description of the Role
As a Senior EDI Project Manager, you will be an expert in our EDI systems (EDIFrance/WebEDI, EDIConnect) and ensure the operational and technical interface between the business needs of the client's Supply Chain and the EDI solutions.
Responsibilities

EDI Project Management & Partner Management
- Project Management: End-to-end management of EDI projects (technical migrations, integration of new flows, connection openings).
- Generix Provider Management: Leading monitoring instances, framing requests for evolution, quality of service control, and compliance with commitments (SLA).
- Multi-Stakeholder Coordination: Central interface between the provider, Business Units/Trades, IT teams, and the internal CIO.

Design, Implementation & Testing
- Framing & Specifications: Analysis of functional needs and drafting of technical specifications (flow mapping).
- Development & Configuration: Configuration and implementation of new EDI messages.
- Validation & Testing: Coordination of unit tests (UT) and non-regression, then validation of the conformity of flows with business teams.
- Production Deployment: Management of deployments and change management.

Operational Maintenance (MOC) & Support
- Supervision & Evolution: Daily control of flow generation and integration; corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the existing EDI catalog.
- Operational Support N3: Handling complex incidents and resolution of high-impact anomalies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bac+5 (engineering school or university) focused on computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: More than 7 years in EDI flow management.
- Advantage: Experience in the retail/large distribution sector.
Required Skills
Must Have
- EDI Expertise: Expertise in EDI and large distribution procurement processes (Supply Chain, invoice dematerialization, bank flows).
- EDIFACT Standards & SAP Integration: Mastery of EDIFACT exchange standards and SAP integration (IDocs).
- Generix Tools Experience: Experience with Generix tools: TradeXpress, GCN, AS2, X400, Infinity.
Nice to Have
- File Transfers/Exchanges: Experience with CFT, Connect Direct, SFTP storage.
- Message Buckets: Kafka (Apache), QSeries synchronous: API.
- Supervision: Syslog, DOCUMENTTRACKER.
- Industry Trends: Mastery of the latest industry standards and trends in the EDI domain.
- Languages: Professional English essential (international context).
Soft Skills
- Coordination: Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, internal and external.
- Proposal, Listening, and Communication Skills: Clarity in technical dissemination to business teams and strong synthesis skills.
- Business Development Support: Ability to support the development of the EDI department.
- Reactivity & Autonomy: High reactivity to critical incidents (N3 Support) and ability to manage topics autonomously.
- Analytical Mind and Rigor: Strong analytical skills and rigor.
