We are seeking a Project Manager for Transfer of Work (ToW) to lead industrial process transfers, ensuring operational continuity and optimization.

Context and Challenges

In a rapidly transforming industrial environment (growth in volumes, digitalization, competitiveness issues), the Chef de Projet ToW (Transfer of Work) is responsible for ensuring the effective transfer of processes, know-how, or production between sites, teams, or partners. This role is key to guaranteeing operational continuity, cost optimization, and the skill development of teams, while meeting quality and deadline requirements.

The challenges include:

• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams (production, quality, procurement, engineering).
• Managing risks related to transfers (loss of know-how, delays, non-conformities).
• Continuous improvement of transferred processes (Lean, Six Sigma, Design-to-Cost).
• Leading change to facilitate team adoption.

Main Missions

1. Piloting Transfer Projects (ToW):

   • Define and monitor the schedule, budget, and risks associated with the transfer.
   • Coordinate internal actors (production, quality, R&D) and external actors (suppliers, subcontractors).
   • Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements.

2. Structuring and Documenting Processes:

   • Map existing processes (VSM – Value Stream Mapping).
   • Write procedures, checklists, and training materials for target teams.
   • Identify and mitigate risks (root cause analysis, contingency plans).

3. Optimizing the Performance of Transferred Processes:

   • Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Design-to-Cost).
   • Measure and analyze gains (costs, deadlines, quality) post-transfer.
   • Propose corrective and preventive solutions in case of deviations.

4. Facilitating Change Management:

   • Train and support teams in adopting new processes.
   • Facilitate communication between sites and stakeholders.
   • Organize project reviews and steering committees (COMEX).

5. Driving the Digitalization of Processes:

   • Contribute to the integration of digital tools (ERP, MES, Power BI) for monitoring and analyzing transfers.
   • Automate reporting and monitoring dashboards.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in industrial project management, operational excellence, or production transfer.
• Tools: Proficiency in Excel/VBA, Power BI, MSP (Microsoft Project), and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in a demanding industrial environment (strict quality standards, traceability, risk management).
• Languages: Fluent in French and English.

• Leadership: Ability to unite multidisciplinary teams and manage various stakeholders.
• Analytical Mind: Comfort in analyzing data, identifying improvement levers, and making decisions.
• Adaptability: Resilience in the face of unforeseen events and ability to work in dynamic environments.
• Communication: Ease in presenting clear summaries (COMEX, client meetings).

Education

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
