The ServiceNow division supports its clients – major accounts – in their digital transformation and optimization of their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. It works on high-value projects covering the entire lifecycle of solutions: consulting, design, integration, evolution, and maintenance in operational conditions.

In this context, we are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead ServiceNow platform integration and evolution projects for our clients, in contexts with high business and technical stakes.

Responsibilities

• You lead ServiceNow projects from start to finish (framing, delivery, deployment);
• You define and secure project planning, budget, and commitments;
• You coordinate project teams (Business Analysts, Tech Leads, consultants, architects);
• You manage project committees and ensure communication with stakeholders;
• You identify, anticipate, and manage risks and dependencies;
• You ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with ServiceNow best practices;
• You support the client in change management and solution adoption.

As a partner to national and international companies, travel is expected as part of our various projects.

Requirements

• Good understanding of the technical and functional issues of the platform
• Good sense of customer service and responsibility
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Professional level in English
• PMP or Prince 2 certifications are a plus

Nice to Have

• Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in IT project management, ideally on ServiceNow projects
• Experience in agile or hybrid project management
