To support the TSG, we are looking for a Chemielaborant (m/w/d) starting May 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Independent execution of manufacturing processes and testing procedures for dental materials on a laboratory scale
- Support in the transfer and validation of new testing methods
- Independent execution of retrospective equipment qualifications including document creation
- Preparation/communication of upcoming activities in process development and validations with the planning, production, and quality control departments
- Support in process development, upscaling, process transfer, and process validations
- Organized documentation of equipment qualifications/process validations and primary data from experiments and measurements
- Preparation of measurement data
- Technical support for production staff in the introduction of new manufacturing processes and their validation
- Preparation of samples for external investigations
- Responsibility for laboratory order
- Taking over defined equipment responsibilities
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chemistry laboratory technician/chemical-technical assistant, physical-technical assistant (m/w/d)
- Extensive knowledge in the field of analytical and preparative chemistry
- Knowledge in the material science of dental products and physical measurement methods is advantageous
- Craftsmanship/manual skills
- Responsible, meticulous, focused work approach
- Analytical mindset
- Strong team and communication skills
- English proficiency, good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Continuous willingness to learn
