About the Position

Chemikant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Chemikant (m/w/d) to join our team at our manufacturing site in Konstanz, DE. If you are passionate about operating and maintaining equipment for dental product manufacturing, we want you!

Responsibilities

• Bedienung von Anlagen: Operate equipment for the separation, crushing of substances, and the production of paste, powder, and liquid dental products.
• Dokumentation: Document manufacturing processes and handle order invoicing in accordance with GMP.
• Auftragsvorbereitung: Prepare orders by ordering necessary tools, checking the release of tools.
• Abweichungen und Störungen: Report and document any detected deviations and malfunctions in machines/equipment.
• Wirtschaftliche und terminliche Vorgaben: Execute tasks and work steps while adhering to economic and time constraints.
• Instandhaltungsarbeiten: Perform simple maintenance tasks.
• Inprozess-Kontrollen: Conduct in-process controls.
• Lean-Projekte: Participate in Lean projects (e.g., TPM, 5S, and process optimization).
• Vorbereitung von Anlagenteilen und Geräte: Prepare equipment and devices for use.

Requirements

• Chemikant, Pharmakant oder vergleichbare Ausbildung: Completed training as a Chemikant, Pharmakant, or similar.
• Erfahrung: Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry.
• Gefahrstoffe: Awareness and experience in handling hazardous materials.
• Deutschkenntnisse: Fluent German skills in speech and writing to ensure comprehensive understanding of operating instructions and correct documentation.
• Hygiene- und Qualitätsbewusstsein: Strong hygiene and quality awareness due to regulatory requirements.
• Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit: Diligence and reliability.
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit: Communication and teamwork skills.
• Schichtarbeit: Willingness to work shifts.
