About the Position
We are seeking a Chief Accountant for a representative office of a Western distributor of pharmaceutical products in Ukraine. Responsibilities include managing accounting processes, preparing tax statements, and ensuring compliance with national laws.
About the Company
This position is for a representative office of a Western distributor of pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
- The whole scope of accounting processes in the company
- Keeping and archiving financial and accounting documents
- Current cash flow control and receivables supervision
- Preparation of tax statements, customs documents, financial statements, and all documents required by the national institutions
- Preparation of accounting policy and processes for the company consistent with the reporting policy of the group
- Control of accounting documents, invoices, agreements in scope of consistency with the national law and regulations
- Cooperation with the responsible person in the parent company (or group) in processes of budgeting, forecasting, and current reporting
- Cooperation with tax, customs, statistics institutions, and also with banks, auditors, cooperants, and other entities if required.
