About the Position
Chief Commercial Officer (B2B)
A fast-growing iGaming group is looking for a CCO to lead commercial strategy across 10+ B2B verticals - including anti-fraud solutions, marketing services, platform/software, and payment infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a unified B2B commercial strategy across the group
- Select and implement a single CRM system for all B2B units
- Launch cross-sell processes between different business lines
- Scale and lead commercial teams across multiple geos and products
- Act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Product, and Operations
Requirements
- Experience as CCO or Commercial Director in a large B2B organization
- Strong strategic thinking and process-building skills
- Deep understanding of product-led sales in tech-driven environments
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
