Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience in the fintech industry
- Knowledge of international compliance standards
