About the Position
Offshore Marine is currently seeking an experienced Chief Electrician to join our client's Accommodation Ship in the United Arab Emirates for a 6-week contract starting on October 2nd, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all electrical systems on the ship are maintained and operating efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior electricians.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on electrical equipment.
Requirements
- Certificate of Competence (ETO III/6 - Unlimited)
- STCW Personal Survival Techniques
- STCW Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting
- STCW Prof Survival Craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats
- STCW Advanced Fire Fighting
- Seafarers Medical
- Designated Security Duties
- OEUK
- BOSIET/ FOET with CA-EBS
- Bi-Deltoid Measurement (PSTT)
- MIST
