Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting (operational and strategic) for both entities
- Manage Local GAAP and IFRS reporting to Group and regulatory authorities
- Establish and monitor financial and business KPIs
- Oversee daily cash flow management and liquidity strategy
- Lead and develop local accounting and finance teams in Indonesia and Thailand
- Ensure robust internal financial controls across both airlines
- Participate in Group ERP and BI projects
Requirements
- Area of Education: Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience as CFO or in a senior finance leadership role
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English
- Certification: Not specified
- Skills:
- Solid understanding of IFRS, local regulatory frameworks, and taxation
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Candidates must be willing to relocate.
