About the Position
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer with 7-10 years of corporate finance experience to manage investment portfolios and ensure compliance in Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Developing and presenting financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.
- Supporting financial planning and analysis efforts.
- Overseeing cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
- Preparing financial reports and statements.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations across all functions.
- Managing relationships with banks.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills in finance and reporting.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance.
- CPA qualification or an MBA degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience in managing a company’s investment portfolio.
- Knowledge of audit processes in Cyprus, including preparation and submission of accounting documentation.
- Experience working with local banks: opening accounts, collecting and submitting the required documentation package.
- Residency and professional work experience in Cyprus for at least 5 years.
