About the Position
A full-cycle Ukrainian research and production company and a leader in Ukraine’s unmanned aviation industry is actively growing and invites a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining management accounting and reporting;
- Managing the accounting department: bookkeeping, reporting, primary documentation, and taxation;
- Liaising with banks, tax authorities, and other financial institutions;
- Managing the company’s financial resources and cash flows;
- Financial modeling of projects, budgeting, and budget control;
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting;
- In-depth knowledge of financial management, tax legislation, accounting, and taxation;
- Experience in developing and implementing management accounting;
- Understanding of transfer pricing principles;
- Experience in manufacturing companies is mandatory;
- Strong leadership skills;
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
