About the Position

GG.BET is a product-oriented IT company. Our foundation is technology, sports, and entertainment. We are building a bright brand and creating a service that sports and esports fans choose.

Our finance team is the core that ensures the stability and development of GG.BET's business. We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will strategically manage the company's financial activities, improve the management structure, and enhance the business's financial efficiency.

Here, accuracy, strategic vision, and speed of decisions are crucial. We work in a dynamic environment where finance, product, and technology interact closely-and it's up to you to determine how smoothly this mechanism will work.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a higher education in finance, economics, or accounting.

• You have 5–7+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial position (CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director).

• You have experience in iGaming or related fields.

• You have practical skills in:

  • International and Ukrainian tax planning;
  • Cash flow management;
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS / GAAP.

• You have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements: Gaming License (Ukraine, MGA, Curaçao, etc.), AML / KYC, transaction transparency, working with auditors and regulators.

• You have experience working with payment providers (PSP), banks, card processing, crypto solutions.

• You are proficient in ERP / BI systems (BAS, Dynamics, or similar).

• You can effectively manage the finance department: accounting, analytics, budgeting, Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet.

• You are fluent in English (level B2+).

What You Will Focus On

• Financial Strategy and Capital Management: Formulating a long-term vision, optimizing the financial structure, and ensuring the efficiency of cash flows.
• Corporate Structure Development: Building a transparent financial management system and supporting effective internal processes.
• Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensuring transparency, meeting licensing requirements, and adhering to AML / KYC standards.
• Analytics and Reporting: Developing a financial control system, reporting, and forecasting (IFRS / GAAP).
• Financial Operational Efficiency: Establishing work with banks, PSP, payment solutions, and crypto providers.
• Leadership and Team Development: Fostering a culture of responsibility, accuracy, and transparency in the finance department.
• Partnership with Management: Collaborating with the CEO, COO, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure stable business growth.
