About the Position
Vice President of Information Systems, CIO
We are seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technological systems and ensure smooth operational processes across departments in Tel Aviv, Israel. The CIO will be responsible for overseeing all technological systems within the organization, managing IT projects, ensuring information security, and aligning information systems with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing operation of the organization to ensure that operational processes are conducted smoothly across various departments.
- Managing and developing organizational information systems.
- Implementing an information systems strategy in line with the company's business objectives.
- Overseeing all technological systems within the organization.
- Managing IT projects.
- Ensuring information security.
- Aligning information systems with business goals.
- Operating ERP/CRM systems.
- Conducting data analysis.
- Implementing IT solutions.
- Leading IT teams to support business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technological field (Information Systems/Software Engineering/Computer Science) - mandatory.
- Master's degree - an advantage.
- Experience in operating critical systems.
- Experience in converting core systems.
- Proven experience of at least 7 years in real-time information systems management.
