About the Position
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Responsibilities
In your role as Chief Information Security Officer at Quality B.V., you will:
- Develop a strategic vision for information security and the protection of digital assets.
- Design and implement security frameworks, architectures, and policies that align with the organization's risks and needs.
- Lead security awareness programs to keep employees aware of cyber threats and their roles in mitigating them.
- Conduct risk analyses and security audits, identifying vulnerabilities and advising on strategic security measures.
- Guide compliance processes such as ISO27001, NIS2, and DORA to ensure organizations meet the latest standards and legislation.
- Collaborate with executives, auditors, and regulators to translate security strategies into concrete and effective measures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a CISO or in a senior security role with HBO/WO work and thought level, understanding both strategic and operational security issues.
- Certification in CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CEH, or willingness to obtain one.
- In-depth knowledge of security governance and risk management.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and NCSC guidelines, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of regulations such as AVG, NIS2, DORA, and other relevant legislation.
- Strong communication skills to convey security advice clearly to executives, auditors, and IT teams.
