About the Position
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our innovative IT product holding company, which supports the growth of iGaming businesses worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create impactful marketing campaigns across various media channels.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting for marketing campaigns, and monitor profitability.
- Establish terms and models for the partnership program, working closely with partners.
- Analyze and optimize advertising campaign performance.
- Manage user funnels and improve conversion processes.
- Lead teams in Media Buying, Affiliate, SEO, and SMM to achieve KPIs.
- Scale products and operations into new GEOs as per business plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Chief Marketing Officer or in a senior marketing role within IT/Digital Marketing.
- Successful track record of scaling projects or launching new initiatives.
- Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies (branding, product promotion, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of market research and data analysis methods.
- Ability to apply various marketing techniques for optimal results.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
