About the Position

- Innovation: Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends, and recommend innovative solutions that enhance our agency's capabilities and client offerings.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing technologists, ensuring their skills align with the agency's vision and client needs.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technology-driven marketing solutions tailored to their unique business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing technology role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology stack, including tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more.
- Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
