About the Role
At Nesto Software GmbH, we are on a mission to revolutionize the restaurant and hospitality industry with our innovative software solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth and success.
As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO, founders, and leadership team to drive cross-functional projects and support the company's scaling efforts. You will be the right-hand person to the CEO, with direct impact on Nesto’s success.
Responsibilities
- Own cross-functional projects end to end: Drive high-priority problems from scoping to delivery, coordinating with leaders across the company.
- Be an extension of leadership: Act as a sparring partner and force-multiplier for the leadership team, executing on initiatives that require senior judgment and hands-on execution.
- Prepare Nesto to scale: Lay the operational, process, and infrastructure foundations that enable Nesto to scale without breaking.
- Run the operating system: Manage EOS (our operating framework) end to end, ensuring clear priorities and accountability.
- Turn data into decisions: Build models and dashboards that provide leadership with actionable insights into business performance.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in software and AI companies.
- Skills: Generalist with comfort working across GTM, product, finance, and operations.
- Abilities: Strong analytical and project management skills, ability to structure ambiguity and drive it to a conclusion.
- Languages: Fluent in English and business-level German.
Nice to Have
- Background: Management consulting, investing, or early-stage start-up experience.
- Frameworks: Experience with EOS or a comparable operating framework.
