Chief of Staff

BoWatt GmbH is seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to join our team in Munich, Germany. This role is pivotal in partnering with our CEO, Steven, to set priorities, drive projects, and ensure the company remains focused on its most critical objectives.

About BoWatt

BoWatt is at the forefront of agentic requirements and system engineering software for manufacturing. We envision a future where AI achieves PhD-level engineering capability within the next decade, revolutionizing industries from automotive to aerospace.

We've achieved €500k+ ARR before raising our first round and are backed by tier-1 investors including Atlantic Foodlabs, Buildery (CDTM affiliates), and Prequel Ventures. Our team comprises exceptional startup builders with backgrounds from top institutions and companies like Stanford, TUM, Google, EA, and YC-backed AI startups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to set priorities, make trade-offs, and maintain focus on key objectives.
• Address issues that hinder progress or are bottlenecks to growth.
• Lead important projects from conception through execution across various departments.
• Manage and enhance key people operations, including hiring, recruiting, onboarding, team development, and company culture.
• Foster a positive company culture and build strong relationships across the organization.
• Take ownership of tasks where the company needs it most, with the scope evolving as BoWatt grows.

Requirements
