We are seeking a Chief of Staff (m/w/d) for 1KOMMA5° Commercial, Industrial & Public Solutions to support the executive team in strategic and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
- Effective relief of the executive management in operational and strategic daily business and independent advancement of forward-looking management decisions
- Independent management of cross-departmental special projects and strategic initiatives such as new partnerships or process scaling
- Acting as a central interface to ensure smooth communication between management, departments (Legal, Ops, Sales, Product), and external stakeholders
- Continuous monitoring of relevant performance KPIs and creation of transparent reports for measurable tracking of all company goals
- Ensuring lean approval processes, development of well-founded decision templates, and support of strategic HR and organizational projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field
- At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, corporate development, venture capital, or a comparable staff and operations role in a scale-up environment
- Proven strength in leading without direct authority ("Influence Leadership") and a pronounced commercial and strategic mindset
- High empathy, assertiveness, and moderation skills combined with absolute integrity and loyalty towards the executive management
- Fluent German and English language skills in speech and writing, as well as strong prioritization and decision-making skills in complex situations
