Chief of Staff to the CEO (Administrative)

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO (Administrative) to manage the administrative operations for our Co-CEO in San Francisco.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $96K – $192K per year

This range is influenced by various factors and represents the initial target range. Our salary offerings are dynamic and we strive to ensure that our base salary and total compensation package aligns and recognizes the top talent we aim to attract and retain.

Responsibilities

• Own the Co-CEO’s calendar end to end: prioritize, protect focus time, resolve conflicts without needing to ask, and anticipate needs before they become problems
• Own preparation for the Co-CEO’s meetings, with briefing materials, context, and follow-ups
• Travel with the Co-CEO and other executives, handling logistics, scheduling, and day-of coordination
• Manage logistics for Board meetings, including scheduling, materials coordination, and day-of execution
• Manage logistics for executive team meetings
• Manage logistics for company-wide meetings

Requirements

• Experience as a Chief of Staff, senior Executive Assistant, or Business Partner to a C-level executive, ideally in a high-growth startup
• Experience supporting a CEO through board cycles and company-wide communications
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or another regulated industry
• A proven record of managing complex, high-stakes calendars and logistics with exceptional precision and no missed details
• Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters and acting on the Co-CEO’s behalf
• Excellent communication skills and the executive presence to work comfortably with C-suite leaders, board members, and external partners
• Experience managing or mentoring executive assistants or other administrative professionals
• Ability to travel at a moment’s notice
