About the Position
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Our Partner is a leading international iGaming company located in the UK, Spain, Malta, Cyprus, and Poland with a strong focus on compliance, financial excellence, and strategic growth. We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join the leadership team, with hands-on experience in finance, legal, budgeting, and operational management across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize company operations, including finance, legal, compliance, and budget management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, profitability, and business performance.
- Lead and mentor senior managers and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other C-suite executives on long-term strategy and business development.
- Analyze market trends and emerging opportunities to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience as COO or in a senior executive role with operational and financial leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of finance, legal frameworks, budgeting, and compliance in the iGaming, fintech, or high-risk industries.
- Experience managing multi-geography operations is a must.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Track record of driving operational efficiency and business growth.
