About the Position
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team in Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy to ensure profitability and business value growth.
- Management of key areas: finance, legal support, procurement, operational efficiency (lean) - with a focus on process optimization, cost control, and risk minimization.
- Budget formation, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management.
- Implementation of a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization methodologies.
- Monitoring financial indicators, analytics, and providing recommendations for performance improvement.
- Investment planning, including project evaluation and support.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards, compliance, tax, and financial legislation.
- Interaction with other business functions to implement transformational initiatives, manage restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A).
- Formation and development of an effective team, leadership competencies, and a culture of high standards.
Requirements
- Higher financial or economic education (additional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, MBA - will be an advantage).
- Experience in the position of financial or operations director (with the finance department under subordination) or head of the financial direction for at least 5 years. Experience in IT or technology business - will be a significant advantage.
- Practical experience in managing finances, procurement, legal issues, and transformational projects.
- Deep understanding of corporate governance standards, compliance, tax, and financial legislation.
- Skills in strategic thinking, financial modeling, investment analysis, and risk management.
- Experience in implementing ERP systems and automating financial processes.
