Chief Operating Officer (COO)

GOLAW is a leading legal company in Ukraine, established in 2003, providing professional legal services across various sectors. We are part of the TOP-4 best legal firms in Ukraine and work on exciting cases.

Our clients include medium and large businesses, both domestic and international companies, banks and financial institutions, as well as private clients and investors conducting business in Ukraine or planning to enter the Ukrainian and/or foreign markets.

This is not a typical COO role. We are looking for a strong operational leader who will partner with the owners in business development-a person capable of building systems, scaling the business, implementing modern technologies, and ensuring the company's high operational efficiency.

In recent years, we have implemented a large-scale transformation of business processes and continue to build a new generation legal firm.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the company's development strategy with partners;
• Managing administrative departments (HR, marketing, finance, IT, office, customer service);
• Building and optimizing business processes;
• Managing financial indicators, budget, cash flow, and operational efficiency;
• Developing CRM, billing system, and a unified digital company contour;
• Implementing AI solutions and automating business processes;
• Managing change and developing corporate culture;
• Developing KPIs and performance management systems;
• Participating in business scaling and launching new directions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a COO;
• Experience managing teams of 40+ employees;
• Strong experience in building business processes;
• Experience in digital transformation of companies;
• High level of financial literacy;
• Experience implementing CRM, ERP, or other corporate systems;
• Systems thinking;
• Strong leadership qualities;
• English language proficiency-Upper-Intermediate or higher.
