About the Position
Chief Operating Officer iGaming India/Tier-3(COO)

With a global presence, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence and growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of the company, including gaming facilities, online platforms, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with other C-suite executives to align operations with overall company objectives and contribute to the development and execution of long-term business strategies.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, industry partners, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote a positive company image.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or relevant executive leadership role within the gambling industry.
- In-depth knowledge of gambling regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills with a track record of delivering results and driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and foster a positive work environment.
